They Don’t answer and when you go to their office and give directions. They don’t come out

Love that their veterans run but customer service is the worst. Must be those big contracts.

My father went into their office yesterday to inquire getting some fence work done. He said the lady who assisted him was very helpful but he was kind of annoyed how the other lady was loud on the phone. He said she was so loud that he knows a worker was injured at a site, he could hear her asking how the bollard rolled on his hand, that’s how loud she was, he said the lady assisting him had to apologize numerous times for asking him to repeat himself.
After hearing this from my father I had to write a review & came across this site and from reading all the other reviews it seems this company needs to train some of their staff members proper office etiquette.
Here’s a good tip: If you see a customer communicating with another worker, kindly use your inside voice (I’m sure we were all taught how to use our inside voice in elementary school), if you don’t know how to use your inside voice then I suggest you go to another part of the office or step outside to take that call.

PS. I hope the accident the worker called in was reported to OSHA/Workmans Comp.

Hired them to so some work around my house. They did a horrible job. Been asking them to come back and fix it, but they give the runaround’s.

I used to work there & management is horrible, they treat their workers like crap. They talk down on employees and discriminate.
POV.. if Sam got hit by a truck how are you gonna get the job done if you don't know what you are doing? It's so easy my 4yr old grandson can do it. Are you stupid or something?
the supervisor discriminants against Chamorro's, i complained to the operations manager and they put me on standby the next day. I'm still technically on standby.

I spoke with a lady named Susan who explained to me to me that phone lines are down and that calls are being forwarded to HER cellphone (which I’m fine with) but then why tell me to call another cellphone to speak with someone else when she already answered my call? When I called the other cellphone all the other lady did was send me a message on WhatsApp with a link to fill out a form, could she (Susan) not do that?

Management SUCKS ass. Always discriminate to all their employees especially the owner. I used to work their and I never once see the owner daughter in law who is the office manager and gets salary pay doesnt do her job. The other lady who I worked with in the office was doing everything but gets very little pay. I wish she would just leave and go somewhere were she is worth. Fencemasters is a horrible place to work at.

Walked into their office and the lady sitting at the front was on the phone with im hoping a customer & the other lady in the room next to her walked past me & said she (pointing the lady in the phone) will assist you. I waited a few until the lady was off the phone before getting assistance. All the while the same lady who walked past me walked back in and into her office, but didn’t offer to assist.

On my way out there was an older gentleman (local) yelling & talking down on another worker asking what does he know?

Was sent an email to fill a form out mid February and still waiting on a response. Called last week to follow up and was told that they will send a follow up to the estimator.

Terrible, bizarre service from Susan who yells at you and could not be bothered to assist you.
