Every appointment that I’ve made with this ortho, I’ve waited 1-2 hours just be called. Also, three patients who walked in 30 minutes after me were called before me. I ended up being seen an hour after my scheduled appointment time. The faculty has no courtesy or initiative to state if they’re behind schedule or whatnot.

Would not recommend this place.

For people who claim to be open from 9am-5pm, they sure don’t answer the phone from those times.

A readjustment that take about 10 minutes to do, has a wait time of 30-40 minutes.

Don’t waste your time or money here. They replaced my child’s bracket once and it broke the next day and charged for us to replace it. My child has been a patient for 4 years now when we were originally quoted a year and a half for his treatment to be done.

We expected him to have his retainers on now but he’s still wearing his braces.

They need a better way of contacting! Any professional business what requires appointments I’ve seen calls in advance to consult their clients at least 3 days before an appointment. Like come on a whole month for an appointment? You guys need a better system.

There are only 3 orthodontist here in Guam that are Trucare approved. The other 2 were really expensive and Kaneshiro was a little more than ½ the cost. He wanted my daughters braces done right. He cared as if it were his own smile he was taking care of. I appreciate that.

Dr Kaneshiro’s treatment is thorough. Although my treatment was only set to take a year the ortho can’t guarantee how long a patient’s treatment will take. There are a lot of factors that can prolong the treatment. After I reached my 12 month estimated treatment I no longer had to pay. There were only 2 times when I had to wait for more than 30 min to be seen and again, this is beyond the clinic’s control.

Dr Kaneshiro and staff are excellent! I've had all of my 3 adult children treated by Dr Kaneshiro and now my grandchildren! Yes, I'll admit the time frame isn't a guarantee to complete treatment. Each individual is different. After the time frame was due and if an extension of treatment was needed, additional fees were not charged.

I’ve had my braces for just 5 months now and have had no issues. All my brackets are holding up perfectly and I eat everything I’m not supposed to lol. Other than unusually long wait times, this is a great place to get your braces done

This is a great place to get your braces done!!! I’ve had no problems with my braces and i eat anything and everything (sorry dr. Kaneshiro lol). Wait times for adjustments are a little long, but worth it. Definitely recommend!!

Don’t even bother scheduling an appointment. I have retainer maintenance every 3 months, but became a year due to constant rescheduling.
